In this webinar, representatives from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will present a high-level overview of the Traffic Engineering Manual (TEM).
The purpose of the Traffic Engineering Manual (TEM) is to provide traffic engineering standards and guidelines to be used on the State Highway System. The TEM is intended to be used by the Department, engineers, consultants, and contractors to develop projects that meet Florida policies and standards.
