Public works is fast-paced and often unpredictable. One moment you’re buried in paperwork, the next you’re in the field solving problems and more often than not, you’ve done both in the same morning. That constant shift can take a toll unless we find ways to stay organized, share the load, and lean on our teams.

This session is all about building resiliency. We’ll explore how to balance your workload, organize responsibilities, and delegate with confidence. Along the way, we’ll share practical tips, real examples, and even some of the lighthearted things Winter Haven has tried to keep our team energized while also maintaining our sanity! The goal is simple: to help public works professionals create habits and systems that keep us steady, effective, and ready for whatever the day throws our way.

The Florida LTAP Center is pleased to partner with the American Public Works Association Florida Chapter (APWA-FL) to bring you this webinar.
