The American Public Works Association (APWA) has developed a program to enhance the effectiveness of agencies and their competencies in the public works field. This multifaceted program is designed to provide guidance and technical resources to agency managers as they seek to evaluate and upgrade the performance of their agencies. The panel discussions will offer insight into how other agencies managed their day-to-day operations to complete the self-assessment and achieve the Accreditation designation. The intent is to share leadership and management strategies that any agency can use to develop high performing teams. The Florida LTAP Center is pleased to partner with the American Public Works Association (APWA) Florida Chapter to bring you this Virtual Roundtable and Panel Discussion.
