The Florida LTAP Center presents this webinar on Developing Diverse Partnerships and Implementing Solid Action Plans to Improve Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety. In this webinar you will better understand how to:
- Choose multidisciplinary partners that will result in an effective coalition or task force.
- Manage priorities and expectations of our partners.
- Engage and motivate partners to implement solid action plans to drive down fatalities.
As Henry Ford once said, “Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, and working together is success”. The goal with this webinar is not only to discuss how to bring diverse partners together, but also how to keep them together to support successful implementation of your action or strategic plan and ultimately reach your goal of zero pedestrian and bicyclist fatalities.
