Transportation Symposium Webinar Series: Operational Improvements and IAR Requirements

July 28 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Operational Improvements and IAR Requirements

Traffic operational improvements at interchange ramps terminals are typically minor projects with short timelines between conception and implementation. The improvements could be driven by operational deficiencies or the need to improve safety. Most of these improvements require an Interchange Access Request document to be completed following FDOT and FHWA policies and procedures. Operational projects that both require an Interchange document and those that do not require, and Interchange document will be discussed in detail for the audience, with project examples.

Instructor(s):  Amy Causseaux, Jenna Bowman, Bikram Wadhawan

The Transportation Symposium 2020 has been converted to the Transportation Symposium Webinar series (Virtual format).

In an effort to continue to keep staff and our industry partners up-to-date with DOT policies, procedures and best practices we will be developing and implementing the Transportation Symposium Webinar Series, which will be providing weekly Symposium sessions starting June 9, 2020. PDH credits will be offered for the live version of the webinar. The recorded version will be posted to view at a later date.
