Data management encompasses a comprehensive set of processes aimed at the proactive collection, organization, protection, storage, and sharing of data. If an organization recognizes the critical role of data in informed decision-making, it is likely that an agency has already implemented certain tools and procedures for data management. However, it is essential to assess the synergy of these tools and processes through seamless integration.
