Leading the People Side of Change with Executive Presence

June 12 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Today’s organizational changes are ongoing, especially when it comes to processes, technology, and people. As a result, it is more crucial than ever for leaders to manage workplace transitions so employees can become more change agile. In this engaging and informative session, you’ll learn how to gain and strengthen two key skills: (1) Managing the People Side of Change and (2) Executive Presence. Together, these power skills will help you increase levels of teamwork, productivity, and trust that enable your workplace to thrive.

Building on these foundations, the session will delve into real-world applications and case studies, illustrating successful strategies leaders have implemented during transitions. By the end of this workshop, attendees will not only have a deeper understanding of managing transitions and cultivating executive presence, but also practical tools and insights that can be immediately applied to foster a more adaptable and resilient organizational culture.
