Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) encourages eligible local agencies to apply for the many new discretionary grant opportunities created through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). As such, FDOT wants to ensure our local partners are prepared with the knowledge, data, and resources to apply for and be direct recipients of federal discretionary dollars.
