Build America, Buy America (BABA)

Build America, Buy America (BABA) rules were recently updated with the posting of Federal Rules 2 CFR 184 and 2 CFR 200. These changes affect many areas of the Department, as well as our industry partners.
The Department’s updated BABA Implementation Plan will be presented through several GoTo Webinars. They address the impact to all offices and partners.
- Each live session will cover the same content, followed by a question-and-answer period.
- A recorded session will be posted on our web page, after the live sessions. It will include written questions and answers from the live sessions.
- PDH credit will ONLY be available through the FDOT Symposium session on November 29, 2023.
- A copy of the presentation and the BABA Implementation Plan will be available through the GoTo webinar registration.
