Kevin Elliott
Kevin Elliott is a Senior Marketing Strategist at Applied Research Associates, where he leads outreach and communication efforts for transportation agencies nationwide. He is a seasoned public speaker with more than 20 years’ experience and presents at meetings and conferences across the country. He also writes strategic communication plans and manages creative outreach projects for clients including the Federal Highway Administration, the Florida Department of Transportation, and the South Dakota Department of Transportation, among others. He lives in Panama City, Florida.
