How do I find my certificate?
In the above box, enter your email address. A full email address is required, as the system will not accomodate partial searches. The email address is not case sensitive (for example, you could enter email@example.com or PERSON@Website.com, and both would give you the same result).
After entering your email address, click “FIND CERTIFICATES”. A page will load displaying a list of certificates that have been issued to you.
How do I download my certificate?
You have the option to download the certificate, by clicking on the icon showing a down arrow, or you can print the certificate, by clicking on the printer icon.
I can't find my certificate
As of the end of September 2022, the Florida LTAP Center is working to migrate all past certificates into the system.
If you attended a live webinar in the past, then you will have received a certificate via email from the Florida LTAP Center approximately 2-3 weeks after that training. If you are unable to locate this, please contact us.
If you viewed a recorded webinar in the past and requested a certificate from us, then this would have been emailed to you approximately 2-3 weeks after that training. If you are unable to locate this, please contact us.
What types of certificates are issued?
The Florida LTAP Center offers two types of certificates – a Certificate of Completion (CoC) or a Professional Development Hour (PDH) certificate. The certificate type issued is based on the type requested during registration (live sessions) or in the certificate request form (recorded webinars).
For the CoC, if you instead require a PDH certificate, please contact us and we can make the correction.
If you are outside of Florida, please contact your out of state board to verify if they accept Florida PDHs.
My name is not correct on the certificate
For Live Webinars, the certificates are generated based on the names you provide to GoToWebinar during registration. For Recorded Webinars, the certificates are generated based on the name we received in your request. We are happy to make a change for you, please send us an email and we can update your certificate in the online system.
My email address has changed
If you have a new email address, please contact us and we can update your address in our system. When you email us, please provide the old email address(es) and the new one.
How can I remove my information from this system?
If you would like for us to remove your information from this online certificate lookup system please email us (FloridaLTAP@usf.edu) or call us (813-974-4450) and we will be happy to do so.
