The Florida LTAP Center is pleased to partner with the American Public Works Association (APWA) Florida Chapter to bring you this webinar on Healthy Living and Public Services.
Healthy living is the practice of health enhancing behaviors. It implies the physical, mental, and spiritual capacity to make healthy choices. A healthy lifestyle is important for everyone. When we look after our health, we feel better too. We are more relaxed and better able to manage everyday stress.
Long hours, typical workday stress, and poor eating habits can negatively affect one’s body and fitness level. Healthy choices can boost energy levels. Both employers and employees are responsible for the well-being and public health of the staff. Learn from the specialist in lifestyle medicine how self-awareness and realization can be the game changer. Ask questions about lifestyle to enhance general well-being that might be on your mind in the COVID-pandemic era.
This webinar is provided at no cost and will award a certificate to those fully attending and completing the webinar. Professional Development Hours (1.0 PDH) will be provided to those that request these during registration.
Please note – space for this webinar is limited, and local agencies are being given priority!
